Retaining Walls

Two more retaining walls built to engineering specs, supporting the cut of the slope above the home.
A Gozzer Ranch home owner wanted a view of lake Coeur d'Alene. In order to do that we built a two level 2000lb verti block retianing wall. This lifted the foundation of the house high enough so that once the house was built you could see the water!
Here we are building a driveway for a new home build. We hauled in gravel, graded it level, and compacted it to prevent potholes.
Road and House Pad build
Here we built a house pad on the side of a mountain slope! We pushed the topsoil aside and reused it on the yard and cut slope when the pad was level. This promoted the natural vegetation to return.

Here we were clearing a lot in Gozzer Ranch of trees and brush to prep it for excavation work.
